Student Visa – multiple declines – This client previously had two student visa declines through an agency in India. They signed up with us and we submitted another student visa application. We also recommended them to change their course and institute and recommended them something more suitable for their profile. INZ declined their application for a third time and also declined our complaint against the declined application. We submitted a second complaint, where INZ not only apologized to the client but also accepted our complaint and reopened the application. A new CO was allocated and they raised two further document requests before finally approving the application.
