Foreign Government Supported Student Visa

The Foreign Government-Supported Student Visa is for students who receive financial support from a foreign government (such as scholarships or loans) to study in New Zealand for courses lasting more than three months. This visa allows students to study full-time without the need for independent funding, as long as their educational expenses are covered by the external funding source.

    Health & Character Compliance: Meet health standards with a medical certificate and good character standards with a police clearance. New Zealand Council for Educational Research - NZCER and New Zealand Education Institute - (NZEI)

    Travel Insurance: Proof of valid insurance may be required.
