HEMANT KAUSHAL (B.A., LL.B., GDNZIA)

Our Director, Hemant Kaushal has been a contributor to New Zealand’s immigration and education export industry since 2009. Over these years, he has amassed diverse and invaluable experience in helping hundreds of migrants realize their dreams of studying, working, and residing in New Zealand.
He is a fully Licensed Immigration Adviser and is a migrant himself, who moved to New Zealand along with his wife in 2015. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from India, where he studied Economics, Psychology and Sociology. He also has a Bachelor of Laws degree from India. He completed the Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice in 2018. His education makes him proficient in making clients feel comfortable and assisting them in explaining the minutest of details of their circumstances.
Often, these minute details are the ones that make a difference between success or failure of an immigration matter. He loves challenges and is adept at handling complicated cases and drafting responses and appeals.
He is an avid foodie and loves to discover the various cuisines this world has to offer. He has a weak spot for desserts and feels one never has to be hungry to have something sweet. When he is not spending time with his two daughters (Danika and Miraya) he loves to indulge in a round of golf or a game of cricket.

KOMAL JASSAL (B.TECH., PGDIT)

Komal is a provisionally licensed immigration adviser and is mentored by Hemant. She is currently studying for the Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice and has worked with immigration advisory firms in the past. She comes from a technical background and has worked for MNC’s like IBM and Infosys in an enriching career spanning over 6 years. These roles laid a strong foundation allowing her to bring to the table excellent time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, a problem-solving attitude, and loads of patience.
Having been a migrant herself allows her to bring a personal approach to the migration process, thus she connects with her clients very well. She is able to understand and analyse their situation while incorporating empathy in her style of work. Komal has a great attitude and is eager to learn from other industry professionals within the company.
Her previous experience in IT technical roles inculcated her with strong analytical skills, logical thinking, in-depth understanding of client needs, and she does her best to meet them. She works on the ideology of being goal-oriented and results-driven which are befitting for visa applications. Her previous role as Senior Software Developer has presented her with logical and critical thinking, and strong decision- making skills which help her in navigating her way around in client’s critical visa cases which require strong brainstorming.
Outside of work, Komal loves spending time playing with her son and watching Netflix. She loves cooking and has an interest in reading novels in her spare time.

Davinder Kaur (Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Executive)

Davinder is the one who keeps things sane in our office by providing us the much-needed administrative support. She helps keeps the engine running and assists us in meeting our deadlines on time.

Nitika (MBA in HR & Marketing)

Hello, I am Nitika (Not Nikita ☹- I literally hate when people misspell my name). Let me tell you more about me - Presently Working as a freelancer with Danika Enterprises. I did my MBA in HR & Marketing and worked with Jeevansathi.com (Info Edge India Ltd.) in the early phase of my career for a considerable 5+ years. Post my marriage, I pursued my full time career with Continental Group of Institutions in Punjab, that's where I first tried my hands on the Visa Application Process for Canada. I had to take a break in my career to focus on my family and kids. I have a husband and two lovely daughters at home with whom I love to spend time with. Apart from that, I love cooking, especially trying new cuisines and spending time with my daughter's. As my daughters grew up, I was looking to start some part time work, that's when I came in touch with Hemant in 2021 and started working with Danika enterprises. I really love working here and it's a part of my daily life now. I work the first half of the day on the Visa applications and spend time with my family when my kids are back from their school. In the evening after finishing daily chores I go for Walk /gym with friends.

Being happy and living in the present is the motto I believe in.
